This non-­‐accredited course is designed to equip you with the skills required to practice in an online environment. The aim of this course is to provide students with the essential skills and knowledge in order to provide clear, supportive and effective practice to clients in an online counselling environment. This course is specifically designed for practitioners in the field of psychology therapy, counselling, emotional well-being and mental health who wish to gain the specific skills and knowledge required to assist people online (Zoom, Skype, Phone, etc.) suffering loss, grief and trauma.

Entry Requirements:
The ideal applicants must normally hold an approved degree or equivalent qualification from an approved tertiary institution. However, under certain circumstances and subject to specific conditions such as work experience, the Trauma Institute may admit others who can show evidence of suitability for candidature.

Please note, there is no new intake course during December and January.
*You must enrol in a term within a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the start of the elected term date. Late and cancellation fees may occur if failure to do so. Your application/enrolment approval can take up to 4 weeks.
